Real People Behind Real Testing

We've been coordinating user acceptance testing across Taiwan since 2020. Our team understands that behind every software release are real people depending on systems that actually work.

How We Started

Back in early 2020, I was watching another software rollout crash and burn. Users were frustrated, developers were scrambling, and management was asking why nobody caught the obvious problems before launch.

The issue wasn't technical skill – it was coordination. Different departments were testing in isolation, feedback wasn't reaching the right people, and critical user scenarios were being missed completely.

That's when we realized Taiwan's growing tech sector needed something different. Not just testing services, but proper coordination that brings together all the moving pieces before launch day.

The People You'll Work With

We're a small team because UAT coordination works best when you have consistent points of contact who understand your specific challenges and processes.

Henrik Voss, Lead Testing Coordinator

Henrik Voss

Lead Testing Coordinator

Henrik spent eight years watching software projects struggle with user feedback loops before joining us in 2021. He specializes in mapping complex user workflows and making sure nothing falls through the cracks during testing phases.

Dag Holmberg, Quality Assurance Specialist

Dag Holmberg

Quality Assurance Specialist

Dag handles the technical side of our coordination efforts. He works directly with development teams to translate user feedback into actionable fixes and ensures testing environments actually reflect real-world conditions.

What Guides Our Work

After five years of coordinating UAT projects across different industries, these principles have proven essential for successful launches.

Focus on Real Usage

We test how people actually use software, not how we think they should use it. This means understanding daily workflows, edge cases, and the shortcuts users inevitably discover.

Clear Communication Loops

Feedback only matters if it reaches the right people quickly. We establish direct channels between users, testers, and development teams to prevent important issues from getting lost.

Practical Solutions

We prioritize fixes that genuinely improve user experience over perfectionist details. Launch delays cost money and momentum – we help teams make smart decisions about what to fix now versus later.

Our Coordination Process

Most UAT fails because different groups are working with different assumptions. We start every project by mapping out who needs to test what, when they need to test it, and how feedback will flow back to developers.

Then we handle the logistics – setting up testing environments, scheduling user sessions, tracking issues, and making sure fixes actually get implemented before launch day.

It's not glamorous work, but it prevents the last-minute panics that derail release schedules and frustrate users.

Why Our Approach Works

We've coordinated UAT for 47 software launches since 2020, from small business applications to enterprise systems used by thousands of people daily. The projects that succeed share common patterns – clear communication, realistic timelines, and testing that reflects actual usage.

Our role is handling the coordination complexity so your team can focus on building and fixing. We track what needs testing, who's responsible for each area, and ensure critical feedback reaches developers while there's still time to act on it.
